publity concludes a new rental contract with the main tenant at GORE office property in Neu-Isenburg

Frankfurt 14 February 2020 — publity AG (Scale, ISIN DE0006972508) has achieved an important letting success as asset manager for an office complex of GORE German Office Real Estate AG in Neu-Isenburg. A new ten-year lease agreement has now been concluded with the main tenant ARAMARK Holding Deutschland GmbH («ARAMARK»), which runs until January 2030. ARAMARK uses an area of approximately 4,200 square meters and 60 parking spaces in the office complex, which has a total area of 15,882 square meters. The average total term of the rental agreements in the property (WALT) was thus increased to 9.3 years from 3.4 years.

The property, which was built in 1993, is located in an established commercial area in Neu-Isenburg, in the immediate surroundings of Frankfurt am Main and Frankfurt Airport, and has a very good transport infrastructure thanks to its connection to the A3 and A5 highways and to local public transport. The complex consists of three five-story building sections with office and storage space as well as 192 garage and 23 outdoor parking spaces.
