Frankfurt/Ratingen 30/07/2019 – publity AG (Scale, ISIN DE0006972508) has signed a new, long-term rental agreement for a 16,600 square metre office building in Ratingen. Within the framework of an asset management mandate, publity has now won Integra GmbH as a further tenant for an area of 2,091 square metres over a ten-year period. The weighted average lease term (WALT) for the property thus rises to 3.84 years from currently 2.95 years.
The office property is located in an established commercial area which is one of the most important office locations in Ratingen and is situated not far from Düsseldorf, Duisburg and Essen. The property has 173 underground parking spaces and 28 outside parking spaces.
