Frankfurt 05/11/2019 – publity AG (Scale, ISIN DE0006972508) has profitably sold an office property in Ismaning near Munich. The corresponding contract has now been notarised and the transaction is expected to be completed before the end of 2019. Thus, the value increases achieved by publity can be realised on the market for the property. The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the buyer and the purchase price.
The approx. 3,530 square metre property in Ismaning was acquired in November 2017. Since then, important leases have been extended and the quality of the buildings has been improved by optimising the technical equipment of the buildings. Among the tenants is Aramark.
