- ALDI’s let space increased by 815 m² to 4,668 m²
- ALDI also extends lease agreement in advance by an additional 5 years
Frankfurt, 27/June/2019 – publity AG (Scale, ISIN DE0006972508) has achieved another letting success. On the Mülheim/Ruhr office property, one of the two anchor tenants, ALDI, has extended the lease of its office space by a further five years, until the end of 2024. The original contract would have ended in June 2020. ALDI has also expanded the let space by a good 21 percent respectively 815 square meters, which were made available at short notice. ALDI’s total rental space in the property now totals around 4,700 square meters. The approximately 16,600 square metre office property is now fully let.
The 5-story office building was built in 1995/97 and was acquired by publity in 2017 for the asset management portfolio. The property is located in the Mülheim district of Saarn and has a very good transport infrastructure. The motorway junction Ratingen-Breitscheid with the connection to the A3 and A52 is only a few minutes driving distance away. The second anchor tenant in the property is the company Aon, a service provider for insurance and risk management.
