Hans-Dieter Sacher, an independent expert for structural engineering and building defects, was born on July 7, 1947 and lives in Frankfurt am Main. As a trained expert for building society and financing issues, he worked as a consultant in the area of home construction financing at the Wüstenrot company in Tübingen. At the same time, he trained as a building surveyor.
