Frank Schneider

CEO of publity AG since January 1st, 2021

Frank Schneider was born in Pinneberg (Schleswig-Holstein) in August 1963. As a lawyer specializing in real estate and construction law, he worked for CMS Hasche Sigle (the largest commercial law firm in Germany) from 1999 to April 2018 and from January 2004 as a CMS Hasche Sigle partner. He previously worked as a legal advisor for the HOCHTIEF construction group.

Frank Schneider has many years of experience with real estate legal project management transactions and the supporting of public authorities regarding real estate acquisition and sales.

Frank Schneider has been a member of the Management Board since December 2018.

Stephan Kunath

CFO of publity AG since October 1st, 2020

Stephan Kunath was born in Hohenmölsen (Saxony-Anhalt) in 1986. Having held various positions at publity since 2010, he has a good number of years experience. Since October 2020 he is responsible for finances as the CFO of publity AG.

Thomas Olek

Chairman of the Supervisory Board since January 10, 2023

Mr. Olek has over 30 years of experience in the German real estate market. He has been a major publity AG shareholder since 2003 and was publity AG CEO from 2003 to 2020. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Olek was a consultant to the Sächsische Landesbank.

Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Hans Dieter Sacher

Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board since July 1, 2024

Hans-Dieter Sacher, an independent expert for structural engineering and building defects, was born on July 7, 1947 and lives in Frankfurt am Main. As a trained expert for building society and financing issues, he worked as a consultant in the area of home construction financing at the Wüstenrot company in Tübingen. At the same time, he trained as a building surveyor.

Prof. Dr. Holger Till

Member of the Supervisory Board since January 10, 2023

Holger Till is a Senior Executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in Europe and Hong Kong. He brings in-depth knowledge of both strategic and LEAN management principles, which in turn, will lead to the development of new markets, process optimization and increased performance.
